As the Senior Architect/Chief Architect at , you will play a critical role in shaping the architecture and technical direction of our cutting-edge software products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including development, product management to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your expertise will drive innovation, scalability, and performance to meet the evolving needs of our customers and business.

Responsibilities:

Architectural Strategy:

  • Develop and communicate a clear architectural vision and strategy aligned with the company’s goals and market trends.
  • Evaluate existing architecture, identify areas for improvement, and propose strategic solutions.

Solution Design:

  • Lead the design of complex and innovative software solutions, considering factors such as scalability, security, maintainability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with product managers to understand customer needs and translate them into technical requirements and design specifications.

Technology Evaluation:

  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies relevant to the software industry.
  • Evaluate third-party technologies and tools to integrate into the product ecosystem.

Team Leadership:

  • Mentor and guide a team of software architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
  • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the development teams.

Code Quality and Standards:

  • Set coding standards and best practices, ensuring adherence to quality guidelines.
  • Review architecture and design decisions to ensure consistency and alignment with the established standards.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Scalability and Performance:

  • Design solutions that can scale to meet growing user demands while maintaining optimal performance.
  • Perform periodic performance reviews and optimization initiatives.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential technical risks and mitigation strategies early in the development lifecycle.
  • Provide guidance on security best practices and data protection.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience (10  years) in software architecture and design, with a track record of successfully delivering complex software projects.
  • Strong expertise in architecture patterns, microservices, cloud computing, and modern development frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience in PHP, Javascript ,Vue or React and MySQL .
  • Experience with database design, data modeling, and storage technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to lead and inspire technical teams
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies.



Preferred:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Architect in a product-based software company.
  • Industry certifications related to architecture, cloud platforms, or related areas.
