Qualifications
· Automotive knowledge
· Strong customer service and communication skills
· Problem-solving abilities
· Organizational and computer skills
· Sales and upselling skills
· Interpersonal skills, time management, and being a team player are also valuable qualifications
· Minimum two years experience in customer service or automotive service is expected
· Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering will be considered as an added advantage
· Strong English communication – written & verbal
· Excellent communication skills – English & Sinhala
