As a social media manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with target audiences, and drive user engagement across various social media platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content, manage social media accounts, monitor and analyze performance metrics, and ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging.
1. Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve brand goals and objectives.
2. Manage and maintain social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
3. Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, to drive user engagement and increase brand visibility.
4. Monitor social media trends, user feedback, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
5. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a community around the brand.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
7. Conduct regular social media audits, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate insightful reports to measure the effectiveness of social media activities.
8. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure the brand’s social media presence remains innovative and relevant.
9. Stay informed about relevant legal and ethical considerations surrounding social media activities, such as data privacy and advertising regulations.
10. Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and other team members to ensure high-quality and consistent content creation.
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role.
3. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
4. Strong understanding of social media analytics and tracking tools to measure and report on performance.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a creative mindset.
6. Ability to manage multiple social media accounts and projects simultaneously.
7. Proficiency in using social media management tools and scheduling platforms.
8. Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
9. Ability to think strategically, adapt to changing trends, and stay ahead in the digital landscape.
