? We’re Hiring! Social Media Manager at Redesign Labs

Are you a social media enthusiast who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment? Redesign Labs is seeking a Social Media Manager with a minimum of 1-year experience to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
• Define most important social media KPIs.
• Manage and oversee social media content.
• Implement content strategies for all clients.
• Measure the success of every social media campaign.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams.
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.

Requirements:

• 1-year experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
• Good understanding of social media KPIs.

Salary Range – 60k-70k
