Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, design software solutions, and implement features using the .Net framework
Develop and maintain efficient and reliable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards
Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring high-quality code
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues, ensuring optimal system functionality
Contribute to the design and architecture of software systems, making recommendations for improvements and optimizations
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, continuously enhancing your skills and sharing knowledge with the team

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of hands-on industrial experience
Knowledge and experience in Design Patterns and Software Architecture
Strong proficiency in .Net development, including experience with C# and the .Net framework
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns
Experience with web development technologies such as ASP.Net, MVC, and Web API
“Workday Cloud Integration” will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of Microsoft Services like Azure Active Directory, Azure Functions etc.
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL Server and familiarity with ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework)
Informed about security best practices
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
