We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Store Manager, overseeing all aspects of operations and spearheading the growth and success of our brand-new venture.
Position: Store Manager for Retail Store
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to drive foot traffic, increase brand awareness, and maximize sales.
Manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and mall management.
Develop and implement loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, fostering a positive and high-performing team environment.
Monitor inventory levels, oversee stock replenishment, and conduct regular audits to minimize discrepancies.
Analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend strategies to optimize performance and achieve targets.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Manage financial aspects of the store, including budgeting, expense control, and profit margins.
Requirements:
Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the food or grocery industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sound knowledge of marketing strategies and customer engagement techniques.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
