Job Description
• Handle student queries and provide them with proper guidance.
• Handle call and email campaigns.
• Meet deadlines and targets set by the management.
• Handle the front office coordination and registration.
• Multi-tasking between high volumes of calls and documentation
of student information.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in
the field of education as a student counselor
or in any relevant field (Sales and Marketing).
• A diploma or higher education.
• Result oriented and can work with tight
targets.
• Excellent phone etiquette and fluent
communication skills in English.
