Job Overview
The Systems Engineer will be expected to implement changes to our System (Sales-Force), analyse system requirements and work with stakeholders to propose and execute versatile, scalable, and high-performance solutions / automation. The candidate will work on various projects across different departments to identify system-based solutions for existing issues and liaise with relevant stakeholders to track requirements and features. Subsequently, document the changes and implement them into our system. Ultimately, the Systems Engineer will design, develop, and test modules using the Sales-Force Apex platform. Additionally, the candidate will train users on the operation of new features and provide ongoing support.
