Job Description

@Inbay provide white label IT Support and NOC services to MSPs enabling them to extend the services they can offer their customers. This role involves working with a leading Australian based MSP (WAST) who will provide further training in order to assist the successful candidate in increasing their technical knowledge.

Responsibilities:

Providing 3rd Level support to a global client base. Being able to act as a skilled engineer and handle escalations is key. For this role it is vital that English language skills, both written and verbal are at a very high level. This role would be UK hours.

Skills:

Requirements

  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals covering WAN / LAN / DNS / IP
  • Good Knowledge of Windows servers 2016 and above and desktops 7 and above – configure & troubleshoot.
  • Preferred a good working knowledge of Azure cloud and Azure technologies.
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
  • A good working knowledge of SQL Server and basic SQL query writing.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills across all facets of technologies mentioned above.
  • Previous experience in an escalation role – troubleshooting difficult issues / managing vendors / managing client communication.
  • Excellent English.
  • You have a good working knowledge of scripting tools such as PowerShell / Python etc
