About The Role:
As our organization continues to grow, we are looking for a talented individual to join our team as part of the recruitment strategy and process implementation. Reporting to the Director of Retail Operations in Sydney, you will be responsible for attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent across various roles within the retail sector. Your role will play a vital part in ensuring that we have a skilled and diverse workforce to support our business goals. Key responsibilities include:

– Supervising and assisting the recruitment team in end-to-end recruitment activities such as job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and facilitating the offer process.
– Overseeing and guiding a team of consultants, motivating them to achieve recruitment targets and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
– Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their talent requirements, providing guidance, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
– Tracking and analyzing recruitment activities, measuring the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, time-to-fill, and other key performance indicators.
– Providing regular weekly reports to management and suggesting improvements based on data insights.

About The Person:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

– Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field.
– Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in high-volume full-cycle recruitment, preferably in the retail, tourism, or hospitality industries.
– Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
– Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
– Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.
– Strong time management and organizational skills.
