Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for oversee our full cycle recruiting. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and good relationship with potential hires.

Responsibilities

Conduct initial screening of candidates based on technical requirements.
Schedule & conduct interviews liaising with responsible technical leads.
Involve in the selection process and maintain employee personal database.
Timely preparation of HR Analytical reports for management decision making process.
Actively participate in employer branding and social media activities, including Facebook and LinkedIn.
be proactively involved in out reaching initiatives for recruitment related activities.
Ba able to constantly follow up with HR latest trends in hiring.

You should also have:

Degree or Part/full qualification of HRM or equivalent.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT recruitments.
Fluency in oral and written English.
Excellent PR skills and public speaking ability.
Have a dynamic attitude.
