Job Description

Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the Talent Acquisition team and identify talent acquisition needs.
  • Source candidates through online channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and referral networks.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate suitability based on job descriptions.
  • Create candidate profiles using company templates and share them with the Sales team.
  • Create job advertisements based on sales requirements.
  • Maintain the candidate tracking system (Recruitly).
  • Provide timely updates to candidates about their interview progress.
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
  • Prepare weekly reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle onboarding activities.
  • Use LinkedIn and other professional networks for headhunting purposes.
  • Validate staff time entries and reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Offshore Recruitment experience is a plus.
  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management.
  • Good understanding of the current employment market.
  • Self-driven and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
