We are seeking a dedicated and proactive technical assistant to join our team. You will play a vital role in ensuring a positive and inclusive community environment, organizing engaging webinars and events, contributing to our testing platform, and leveraging your experience with WordPress to optimize web pages and duly completing tasks assigned!

Internship

Role : Technical Assistant Intern

Responsibilities:

• Write technical reports and briefings, effectively communicating findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Engage with our community by organizing webinars, events, and actively managing online interactions.
• Embrace a continuous learning mindset, staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Contribute to our testing platform by adding assessments and ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Utilize your experience working with WordPress to design and optimize engaging web pages.
• Assist in automating workflows for iterative and repetitive tasks to improve efficiency.
• Understand complex tasks and take ownership in successfully accomplishing them.

Requirements:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information System Management, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of Project Management Methodologies.
• Proficiency in developing using WordPress.
• Sound knowledge of programming fundamentals and languages, including Python, Java, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Competency in using CRM systems such as HubSpot.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent coordination and facilitation skills.
