We’re looking for a proficient Technical Support Engineer with a strong desire to learn & improve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
• Respond to support desk tickets from clients.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
• Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
• Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports.
• Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or any other related field.
• Proven work experience of 2+ Year’s as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role.
• Experience working with SQL, HTML & CSS.
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux environments.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
