The Opportunity

We are looking for a Telemarketing Sales Specialist to expand our business in the US market. The selected candidate should be passionate about building sales funnels through outbound outreach, leverage the tech stack to generate outbound leads, qualify inbound and outbound prospects, and schedule and coordinate meetings between Product Specialists and Clients. The right candidate should gather and update CRM with Prospect’s data and do occasional research on the competition as well as new developments in the market. 

Main Responsibilities of a Telemarketing Sales Specialist

What you’ll do:

  • Achieving monthly sales targets by discovering and developing new customers through outbound outreach
  • Qualifying outbound and inbound leads and scheduling demos with the Product Specialist
  • Leveraging the tech stack to enrich outbound and inbound leads 
  • Documenting all the information provided by the prospects in CRM
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
  • Managing Data Analysis and reporting on the leads
  • Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.

  • Experience in B2B SaaS Sales would be an added advantage

Work hours will be US daytime. This is an on-site opportunity and the candidate should be able to arrange the travels to and from the office located in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Selected candidates can expect an excellent remuneration package along with other corporate fringe benefits.
