Job Description

The Growth executive will be responsible for driving new projects and work closely with Growth manager to set OKRs and priorities for the projects/campaigns from start to finish. The Growth executive will act as to resolve all the user growth and retention projects by working closely with other stakeholders. The executive will also work as performance management by identifying the key areas of optimization of user funnel and use subsidy to plug in the key initiatives that will result in affecting the KPIs such as user acquisition, retention, engagement while maintaining the subsidy more efficient.

Your role is to:

  • The Telesales Agent for Newly Onboarded Merchants plays a crucial role in nurturing and supporting merchants who have recently joined our platform.
  • Initiate outbound calls to newly onboarded merchants to welcome them, introduce our platform’s features and understand their business needs.
  • Guide merchants through the platform’s functionalities, helping them navigate product listing, order management, and other essential tools.
  • Present relevant options to merchants to drive incremental sales.

A bit about you:

  • Undergraduates from any stream are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or customer relationship management is beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills to engage with merchants and convey platform information effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a portfolio of merchant relationships and prioritize tasks.
