Responsibilities

Understand customer travel needs and offer solutions to meet those needs.
Effective handling of flight bookings, transportation, and accommodation
Provide relevant information on destinations, accommodations, etc. while handling queries and supporting customers.
Outstanding communication with vendors and to get the best travel-related products.
Offer any extra services or details that the customer asks for proactively.

Requirements

Knowledge of air ticketing, travel destinations, airlines, and hotels.
Minimum of one year of experience in the travel sector.
IATA certification or professional qualification in airline, ticketing, and reservations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala would be an added advantage.
