Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Sourcer to join our team. As a Recruitment Sourcer, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting qualified candidates for various positions within our organization. Your primary focus will be on leveraging LinkedIn and other sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates and build a strong pipeline of talent. The ideal candidate will have a degree in English, along with a minimum of 3 years of recruitment and sourcing experience.


  • Utilize LinkedIn and other online platforms to identify and source potential candidates for open positions.
  • Conduct thorough candidate searches using advanced search techniques and Boolean logic.
  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
  • Engage with passive candidates through personalized messages and emails to generate interest in available opportunities.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and availability.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Attend job fairs, industry events, and networking events to identify potential candidates and promote the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data and progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sourcing activities, metrics, and candidate pipelines.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging sourcing tools and techniques.


  • Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and sourcing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn for sourcing and networking.
  • Strong understanding of advanced search techniques and Boolean logic.
  • Solid knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other sourcing tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to assess candidate qualifications and match them with job requirements effectively.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with recruiters and hiring managers.
