We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to provide support for a number of brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing social media content, creating engaging blog content, and performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the brands.
● Create, schedule, and publish social media content that aligns with the brand’s voice, style, and messaging, helping to increase brand awareness and engagement on multiple social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
● Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
● Conduct social media and market research to stay informed on industry trends and competition.
● Manage Google My Business Accounts for each business.
● Produce high-quality blog content that aligns with each brand’s voice, style, and messaging.
● Conduct research on industry-related topics and develop ideas for blog articles.
● Perform various administrative tasks such as email management and data entry.
● Collaborate with team members and external partners to ensure the timely and successful execution of projects.
A normal week will consist of:
- Primary Role 70%
- Producing social content for each brand that will be shared on Facebook,
- Instagram and Google My Business
- Producing blog content for each brand
- Researching new content ideas
- Helping manage/respond to reviews and posts
Secondary Role 30%
- Assisting with data entry tasks
- Assisting with email and admin tasks
- Research tasks
- Upskilling with new certifications
● Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role with a strong background in social media management and content creation.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to write compelling blog articles (AI Assisted is ok).
● Must be proficient in Canva, Photoshop
● Familiarity with various social media platforms and their features, including but not limited to Meta Business Suite, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google My Business and LinkedIn.
● Proficiency in social media management tools such as Facebook, Buffer, or Sprout Social is advantageous.
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
● Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
