Lanzhou University of Technology (LUT) is a research-oriented multi-disciplinary university established in 1958 and located in Lanzhou, Gansu province, China. As one of the key construction universities in western China, it is a comprehensive university at the national level supported by the Chinese Ministry of Education and Science and Technology. LUT has 24 schools and colleges, covering disciplines such as engineering, science, management, literature, economics, law, medicine, education and art.
The university has been engaging in the development of international exchange and cooperation, while its academic exchange activities cover different colleges and universities around the world and have been successfully concluded in the form of cooperation agreements. As part of this, LUT launched the International Collaborative Innovation Center, the European Cooperation Network – China, and signed agreements with partner universities in the USA, UK, Italy, Australia, Norway, Finland, Russia, and Belgium.
