Job Description

  • Answering telephones and provide administrative support
  • Comply with all reasonable requests, instructions, regulatory and assist to the best of your abilities to any requests by the management
  • Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers, produce reports, presentations and briefs, Coordinate, write, edit, and distribute electronic communications to members and stakeholders
  • Arrange executive travel, hotel and dining arrangements as needed
  • Create new filing system and ensure all new and existing files are maintained , updated regularly
  • Data entry for all accounts receivables and payable invoices , prepare payment and receive vouchers
  • Checking and preparation of invoices to clients , handling mails , couriers
  • Provide assistance on daily administrative activities and support to the team , undertake general office administration and documentation work
  • Ensure accurate, timely updating and maintaining of office filing system and any other ad-hoc duties as and when required by company
  • Diploma or degree in Business or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Adaptable and flexible attitude
  • Meticulous, pro-active and responsive
  • Resourceful with strong organisational and co-ordination skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel and Word preferred
