Job Description

Obtain and review requirements from Product Owners indicating the business needs and functionalities of the proposed application and plan for test strategy.
Build automated testing capabilities using available software tools.
Design and develop detailed test plan documents describing the approach to be taken for automating the feature.
Conduct functional testing and integration testing of application and prepare documentations.
Identify software bugs and document them in an issue tracking system.
Discuss scenarios and fixes with software engineers.
Report defects and follow up with cross teams. Repeats the testing cycle until the new application works flawlessly.
Assume ownership of test modules and/or technology areas.
Respond to and engage with multiple teams for escalated production issues and help test in development and production environment.
Build automated testing in Selenium, Cucumber, and Java for both API and UI testing.
