Cialfo is a leading platform that connects students, higher education institutions, and counselors through technology-driven solutions. We are currently looking for an experienced University Enrollment Advisor to join our team and support our Direct Apply function. This role requires a strong sales and marketing background, as well as a passion for helping students make informed decisions about their academic future.

As a University Enrollment Advisor, you will primarily work directly with students, but also coordinate with guardians and counselors from Cialfo schools. Your responsibilities will include guiding students in identifying and applying to the right educational programs, helping them with any queries they may have, introducing them to colleges and courses that match their profiles, ensuring a smooth application process, and overcoming any roadblocks they may encounter.

We are looking for candidates who are open to working in the European Timezone. Key responsibilities for this role include:

– Acting as a local ambassador of Cialfo.
– Promoting Cialfo’s Direct Apply in all aspects of your work.
– Activating students to register on the Cialfo platform and use it for school search activities.
– Providing presentations in the local marketplace to promote Direct Apply adoption.
– Engaging students at all stages of their application process.
– Creating and managing student-facing events such as School University fairs, university representative visits, student workshops, and brand awareness events.
– Working with university partnership departments to identify university-focused events.
– Liaising between university representatives and high schools to facilitate events that raise awareness and drive Direct Apply applications.
– Responding to inquiries from students, parents, and counselors about programs listed on Cialfo.
– Staying up-to-date with programs and university profiles in the allocated university network region.
– Identifying opportunities to improve how Cialfo supports high school counselors.
– Identifying student and guardian opportunities.
– Providing market feedback to Cialfo to drive increased market share.

To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of international student recruitment experience for secondary and/or post-secondary institutions. You should also be an autonomous self-starter who can work independently within a team-based environment. Exceptional problem-solving skills, flexibility with working hours, and a strong command of spoken and written English are also required.

In terms of qualifications and technical skills, you should have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, be comfortable with presenting, have excellent active listening skills, and be proficient in Salesforce.
