Job Description

Associate Manager / Deputy Manager
Responsibilities:
- Review aging reports and contact customers for payment
- Maintain call logs and expected payment dates
- Resolve billing issues and follow up on unpaid payments
- Establish good relationships with customers
- Work with other departments to enable customer payment
- Prepare documentation for account resolution
- Handle management escalations
Requirements:
- BSc in Finance/Management
- Experience in a fast-paced environment (BPO/Call Center)
- 1 year of commercial collections experience
- Proficiency in Oracle and SAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of contract documents and accounts receivable processes
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
Location: Colombo 02
Working days: Monday – Friday
