Job Description

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT

We are a leading multinational insurance company based in Sri Lanka and we are looking for an ambitious Business Development Consultant to join our team.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Age: 25-50 years
Minimum requirement: Completed G.C.E. A/L
Additional qualifications preferred: CIM/SLIM
At least 3 years of proven experience as a Business Development Consultant or in a similar role
Preference given to candidates based in Colombo & Suburbs
Excellent oral communication and negotiation skills in Sinhala and English
Ability to handle high-end customer base

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prospect for potential new clients and convert them into business opportunities
Grow, maintain, and leverage your network to meet potential clients
Cold call within your market or geographic area to ensure a strong pipeline of opportunities
Maintain high service quality standards
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets set by management
