Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Student Counselor to join our team who has the ability to work collaboratively with SSBM University in Switzerland. The Student Counselor will play a crucial role in providing guidance and support to our diverse students by helping them navigate the challenges and opportunities of university life. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of student needs, and the ability to foster a positive and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide personalized guidance and support to students, addressing academic, personal, and career-related concerns.
Assist students in developing academic plans and course selections in alignment with their goals and university requirements.
Collaborate with university staff to identify and implement strategies that enhance the overall student experience.
Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and group counseling sessions.
Stay up-to-date with university policies, academic programs, and resources to effectively guide students through their educational journey.
